About

Lawrence County Youth Soccer (LCYS) is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to bringing the joy of soccer to kids across our community. We offer seasonal leagues for a variety of age groups, focusing on teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where every child, regardless of experience, can learn the game, make friends, and build confidence both on and off the field.

With the support of local families, coaches, and volunteers, LCYS continues to grow as a hub for youth development through sport.

Mission

At Lawrence County Youth Soccer, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where children of all skill levels can learn, grow, and thrive through the game of soccer. We are committed to developing not just young athletes, but confident teammates, respectful competitors, and community-minded individuals. Through fun, teamwork, and a love for the game, we aim to inspire a lifelong appreciation for soccer and sports.

The LCYS Board

Lawrence County Youth Soccer is led by a dedicated board of volunteers who work year-round to keep the league running strong. From organizing teams and managing game schedules to maintaining our fields and improving player experiences, our board is committed to creating a fun, safe, and welcoming space for every child.
